Holiday Booking Terms and Conditions

1. BOOKING FEE: $97.00 non-refundable booking fee applies to each individual booking
2. CREDIT CARD: Credit card number, expiry date and CVV to be provided upon booking. Booking cannot be accepted without credit card details. Card can be charged cleaning/damage fees if property left in unacceptable condition upon check out.
3. DEPOSIT: 7+ nights: 50% deposit of total tariff + booking fee to be paid within 3 days of booking date. Booking will be automatically cancelled if no payment received
4. BALANCE DUE: Remaining 50% is due 1 week prior off-peak and 1 month prior peak
5. DEPOSIT: under 7 nights: Total tariff + booking fee to be paid within 3 days of booking date. Booking will be automatically cancelled if no payment received. Bookings less than 7 nights cannot be accepted until 2 weeks prior of the commencement date for certain proprerties.
6. REBOOKING: Current guests have first option to re-book the same property for the same period each year, prior to checkout. 50% deposit and booking fee due within 1 month of booking date. Availability is subject to Real Estate approval and not guaranteed. Re-booking confirmation email sent immediately after booking accepted – contact agent if not received.
7. BOND: A bond of $200.00 may be requested prior to guest booking commencement. Refunded within 7 business days pending property condition at check out.
8. GUEST CANCELLATION: All guest cancellations must be in writing and will incur a $100.00 cancellation fee (deducted from booking payment). A refund of the amount paid is subject to re-booking the property for a partial or full period, and will be made via direct deposit (minus $100.00 cancellation fee). No refund provided if the property is not re-booked. Booking fee non-refundable.
9. AGENCY CANCELLATION: In the event the agent must cancel a guest booking (property withdrawn, sold, owner request etc) a full refund (including booking fee) will be provided and every endeavor made for an alternate property to be booked (subject to availability).
10. ALTERATIONS TO BOOKINGS: alterations to bookings must be in writing and are subject to agency discretion / approval.
11. CHECK IN/OUT: Guest check in is after 1.00pm (NSW time) and check out strictly 10.00am (NSW time). A fee of $50.00 can be charged for late checkout. After hours key collection and key return box located next to our office front door 1/12 Park Street Brunswick Heads.
12. USE OF PREMISES: Holiday use only – no functions/parties/schoolies etc. Caravans/tents/campervans are not to be parked or plugged into holiday properties. No more than the advertised number of occupants to reside at the holiday premises.
13. PETS: Strictly no pets to be kept at the holiday property unless advertised as pet friendly. If booking a pet friendly property, the pet must be advised at time of booking and accepted by the agent.
14. SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted inside any holiday property
15. NOISE: If the agency receives a complaint regarding noise and is required to attend the property, a charge of $50.00 will apply and the booking may be terminated immediately with no refund provided. Council noise restrictions apply
16. REPRESENTATION: The agency accepts no responsibility for misrepresentation of the property (including web/phone/office bookings) and no refund will be provided.
17. CLEANING: Property is to be left clean/tidy, cutlery/kitchen items washed and put away, BBQ cleaned, dishwasher empty and bins emptied. Bins are to be put out upon vacate. Cleaning or damage charges may apply if property left in unacceptable condition. If there are cleaning/damages upon arrival notify the agency immediately for every endeavor to be made to rectify. No refund will be provided.
18. BELONGINGS: The agency accepts no responsibility for personal belongings left in a holiday property. We will hold items for 1 week and if not collected/postage paid the item will be disposed of.
19. LINEN: Guests are required to bring fitted sheets, sheets, pillow cases and towels unless advertised linen included (Newberry, Beach Bruns, Pandanus, Vermont). No service cleans are provided
20. CALL OUT: Emergency numbers located on office front door. Call out fee $50.00 will apply
21. GENERAL: Bookings are accepted in good faith as agents and cannot be held responsible for occurrences out of our control. We reserve the right to refuse/cancel/terminate bookings without reason disclosed, update tariffs and terms/conditions.
